Vallée du Bizien
This tributary of the Jaudy rises at Pen Bizien, 11 km further south. It joins the Jaudy upstream of Tréguier, forming a grandiose estuary all the way to the English Channel.
It's a 1st category river where you'll find fario trout, sculpins and minnows.
The Bizien valley is criss-crossed by numerous hiking trails and the Mon Tro Breizh® itinerary. In this verdant environment, you'll discover a rich ecosystem that appreciates these wetlands, as well as ancient traces of flax processing, and the small Kerdeozer waterfall. The bocage network is fairly dense and well preserved. There are wall slopes of great heritage value, topped by beautiful oak, chestnut and/or hazelnut hedges.
Numerous signposted hiking, mountain biking and cycling trails.
