Plage de Trégrom en Vallée du Léguer
This countryside beach offers one of the easiest access points to the wild Léguer river. This wooded valley is home to emblematic species, including the European otter and numerous bats. In late spring, its waters are covered with the white flowers of the river buttercup, floating in the current. This Natura 2000 listed natural site occupies the site of the Cleuziou flour mill, demolished in 1980.
Clothed in grass and tall trees that act as parasols, it welcomes families who come here from generation to generation.
The dam at the head of the reach creates a small reservoir where children have a great time. At the confluence with the ruisseau du Frout, a white sandy beach, perfect for the little ones, is revealed thanks to the low water levels.
And if you're ready for a little excitement, take the 120m-long footpath under the Trégrom viaduct!
Vintage photos enliven the site all year round.
The beach is accessible to dogs on a leash, at least from May 1 to September 15.
On-site services: parking, picnic area, litter garbage can and dry toilets.
Please note that Trégrom beach is only accessible by car from the village.
