Pin de Monterey du château de Kergrist

It is a remarkable tree for its dimensions and shape. The straightness of its trunk and its height without branches are very rare for the species.

The tree is a highlight of the landscape park created in the 19th century. It was planted around 1880 and is one of the first of the species introduced in Brittany. Circumference 4,9 m - span 14 m - height 36 m.
