Lac de Bosméléac

This 72 ha lake was created after the construction of the Bosméléac dam on the Oust river in 1832 to feed the Nantes-Brest canal through the Hilvern ditch. The water level forms two coves to be discovered from the 4 km long path.

Do not miss the Oust waterfall after the dam.

Stage of the bicycle route, the V8, which links Saint-Brieuc to Lorient by the green way of the Hilvern channel.
