La charmille du château de Lanvellec
This French-style park was created in the early 20th century by landscape architect Achille Duchêne for equestrian use. The structure of the park is based on a three-level perspective.
The park is surrounded by a bridle path and an arched bower. It includes more than 10,000 hornbeams, 500 m of which are arched and more than 2,500 m curtain-cut.
The lines of lime trees are also curtain-trimmed.
The park, classified as an outstanding garden, invites you to contemplate its magnificent statues.
Visible only during château opening hours. Admission charged.
