Cordon de galets des Rosaires

The Rosaires pebble beach is classified as a Natura 2000 site.

This protected natural site extends for several meters to the east of the beach.

The pebble pile forms an attractive habitat for coastal flora and fauna.

Some forty plant species have found refuge here, including sea cabbage, horned poppy and maritime panicum.

Precautions:

It is forbidden to pick, cut or destroy these protected plants. The flora plays an important role in stabilizing the pebble beach.

Trampling is not permitted. Please follow the red and white markings of the GR34 trail.
